Acting as Chief Legal Officer within Avenue Living Asset Management, Mrs. Allchurch provides strategic oversight of the organization’s in-house legal department and brings over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate law. She acts as Corporate Secretary of Tract Farmland Partners and Avenue Living Asset Management, as well as Director and Trustee to multiple boards within the Avenue Living Group. A focus on corporate governance drives her practice on a daily basis. Mrs. Allchurch has a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Alberta and is an active member of the Law Society of Alberta.
