Ms. Elsey, Avenue Living Communities’ COO has 20 years of experience in real estate, and prior to joining Avenue in February 2019, she held progressive leadership roles within Northview Apartment REIT. In her role as COO of Avenue Living Communities, Ms. Elsey is responsible for all operations, which includes revenue generation, building maintenance, capital planning, and resident experience.

Before joining Avenue Living, Ms. Elsey worked as Corporate Secretary for Northview REIT, where she was responsible for corporate governance, public disclosure, and strategy development and implementation. Prior to this, Ms. Elsey held the role of National Leasing & Marketing Manager where she supported residential operations through lead generation and sales development. Before her relocation to Canada in 2008, Ms. Elsey gathered experience through a progressive career in the real estate sector in England.

She is certified as a Property Manager in the UK , holds a business administration designation from the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada, and is currently undertaking her EMBA at the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary.
