Mr. Villamil acts as Senior in-house Legal Counsel for Avenue Living. He has almost a decade of legal experience, with primary focus in real estate, corporate/commercial law and landlord-tenant matters. Prior to joining Avenue Living in 2013, he practiced law at a Calgary-based boutique law firm.

Mr. Villamil graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts degree and obtained his Juris Doctorate Law degree from Florida Coastal in Jacksonville, Florida. He is a member of The Law Society of Alberta and a member of The Florida Bar (inactive).
