Biography

Capitalizing on more than a decade of combined experience in driving operations and guest service within the food and beverage/hospitality industry. Graham Edge has managed some of the most outstanding, high-profile events ever seen.

Mr. Edge’s background includes leading operations, teams, and customer relations to propel efficient, seamless operations while ensuring outstanding guest experiences and first-rate product and service quality. From planning and executing special events — such as the 2013 Grey Cup Celebrations, 2011 Ford World Curling Championships, and the 2010 Olympic Winter Games — to motivating results-driven staff, Mr. Edge excels at realizing increased revenue streams and providing an exceptional level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Additionally, his decisive management style and dedication to training has led to numerous continuous improvements in quality, productivity, efficiency, and customer service. Mr. Edge takes great pride and ownership in creating an experience that is memorable.
