Avenue Living Forms Strategic Institutional Relationship With Westcourt Capital Corporation
Initial capital allocation of $50 Million
Avenue Living Asset Management is pleased to formally announce a new institutional relationship with Westcourt Capital Corporation, a Toronto-based, independent portfolio manager and investment advisory firm. Westcourt specializes in selecting suitable investment products, and assisting clients in constructing conservative, alternative investment portfolios.
The relationship has commenced with Westcourt’s initial allocation of more than $50 Million in client capital to the Avenue Living Real Estate Core Trust during April 2018.
