Brad Wall joins Avenue Living

Calgary, AB — Avenue Living Asset Management is pleased to announce today that Brad Wall, the former Premier of Saskatchewan, will be joining Avenue Living as a Trustee to the Avenue Living Real Estate Core Trust and as a special business advisor to Avenue Living Asset Management Ltd.

“I am honoured to be joining the Avenue Living team,” said Brad Wall. “This is a great Canadian business and one of western Canada’s most significant housing providers. They have a strong presence in Saskatchewan, a solid record for reinvestment and a vision for growth.”

Mr. Wall served as Premier of Saskatchewan from 2007 to 2018. During his time in office, the province added more than 60,000 new jobs in a decade of growth. His government reformed labour legislation and regulatory environments to ensure fairness, sustainability and economic competitiveness. He still resides in Swift Current, Saskatchewan with his wife, Tami.

Mr. Wall commences his three-year term as Trustee to the Core Trust and his senior advisory role at Avenue Living Asset Management Ltd. in Q2, 2019.
